The 'Rick and Nic' team- simply amazing. 

I was referred to Rick by a neighbour in the North Williamsburg area (Whitby). Best referral ever! If you wish to speak directly to me, Rick can give you my phone number. Without a doubt I sing his praises. I have sold and purchased several homes be it in Toronto or Durham. If you are moving to this area from the GTA area, you can definitely trust Rick. He takes into concern all needs be it school districts, proximity to the 407, 401, a great kitchen :)... what ever your heart desires he finds it. 

Rick got the best price for my home, in a soft market, and by a tight time frame (Sept 1st school considerations). The brochures, staging advice, MLS listing he provides all are top notch. The photography services for his brochures the best out there. You can count on him. 

Not only is it Rick, but as well the SUTTON GROUP that was professional and efficient. They handled all concerns without a glitch. For showings (you will have many) their firm courteous. No on the door-step surprises.

A year later a family member bought a home with Rick. He spent endless hours showing homes in the Brooklyn and Whitby area before the perfect one was found. Closing the deal in the Rossland/Cochrane area before a price war ensued meant Rick spent the entire day from early morning until late at night to make it happen. The neighbourhood is lovely. This shall be a home we stay in for years to come. 

Some agents to get your business will tell you your home is worth more than it is; will only work to sell within their real estate firm (re commissions); ignore a client once the listing is signed over; present a commission structure based on 'certain services' they will provide; &/or have little knowledge of the nuances in each area. Not so with Rick and Nic.

Working with Nicole and Rick really made the sale of our first home a breeze. They were friendly, personable, easy to reach, and just down-to-earth.
